The Schwinn 220 has the feel of a more traditional outdoor bike while at the same time relying on core stabilizing muscles to balance your body weight.
This product is very easy to assemble. It should take you less than an hour to completely assemble it and then you’re good to go.

It can accomodate all body types as it can handle body weight up to 300 pounds. I like the magazine rack on this bike which is very accomodating and allows the time to go by fast while reading my favorite magazines.
Plus, you don’t get any unsteady feeling or instability when you ride this bicycle. In fact, it has oversized stabilizers and levelers which are built into this bicycle which will result in a very smooth workout from start to finish.

The price on this item was excellent.I had read reviews about having difficulty assembling these bikes, but had no trouble at all. I am over 65, but put it together in 1-1/2 leisurly hours.
