The Schwinn 240 offers a compact design and the feel of a more traditional outdoor bike while relying on core, stabilizing muscles to balance your body weight.
This bike really had a comfortable feel to it. The console and seat are adjustable to whatever level you prefer. Also, the seat is well padded and provides dual-position lumbar support.

Working out on it is very smooth. It has a perimeter weighted flywheel which gives you that true road feel. As a result, yout workouts on this bike will be very smooth and consistent.
The display is a very simple LED display that allows you to customize your workout as well as store your information. This is very handy if more than one person in your home will be using this bike!

First of all, the Schwinn 230 looks better than I expected…more futuristic than industrial!
The bike computer has a few programs as expected (ride in the park, interval, plateau, etc.) plus manual mode. It retains the weight, age, and time you entered last time which is a convenient plus over gym machines.

The range of resistance is great, from virtually none to definitely hard to push. The handiest feature, however, is unquestionably the anatomically designed recumbent seat, which not only offers a dual-position lumbar support for added comfort, but also a seat slider that accommodate a variety of body types and sizes.

The Schwinn Active 20 is so silent! Plus, I love the different programs that you have to choose from.
The adjustible resistance levels always allows me to customize my workouts while always giving me just the right amount of challenge to always make it interesting.

Something to keep in mind is that this bike is something you sit down “into” and not something you climb up “onto.” This means you are less likely to fall.
Actually the arms of the bike give you a feeling of security if that is a concern. I think it would be the perfect exercise bike for healthy seniors or anyone who is a bit clumsy.

This product is very easy to assemble. It should take you less than an hour to completely assemble it and then you’re good to go.

It can accomodate all body types as it can handle body weight up to 300 pounds. I like the magazine rack on this bike which is very accomodating and allows the time to go by fast while reading my favorite magazines.
Plus, you don’t get any unsteady feeling or instability when you ride this bicycle. In fact, it has oversized stabilizers and levelers which are built into this bicycle which will result in a very smooth workout from start to finish.
